2020年1-2月全国船舶拍卖市场报告
根据拍船网（www.shipbid.net）统计数据1，2020年1-2月份，全国船舶拍卖总计49艘次，同比减少14艘次或22.2%。其中，拍卖干散货类船舶23艘次，同比增加5艘次或27.8%；拍卖液货类船舶4艘次，同比减少7艘次或63.6%。

拍卖金额方面，1-2月份全国船舶拍卖总起拍价约24958万元人民币，同比减少3772万元人民币或13.1%。总成交价约13098万元人民币，同比减少8694万元人民币或39.9%。

船舶吨位方面2，1-2月份全国船舶拍卖干散货类船舶和液货类船舶总计约134274载重吨，同比减少约56781载重吨或29.7%。其中，干散货类船舶约112795载重吨，同比减少约35231载重吨或23.8%；液货类船舶约21479载重吨，同比减少约21550载重吨或50.1%。

2020年1-2月，全国船舶拍卖总艘次下滑，受疫情期间复工推迟，船东经营压力加大等多因素影响，船舶拍卖各项指标下滑明显。数据显示，1-2月各类船舶拍卖艘数及载重吨均处于低位，拍卖成交船舶载重吨普遍为2000-5000载重吨，无大载重吨船舶成交。其他船舶方面，工程类船舶和渔业用船成交7艘次，1841万元，成交数量基本与去年持平，但成交价有所下滑。
2020年初新冠肺炎疫情爆发，交通运输行业面临需求减少、货源萎缩、成本上升等多方面压力。为此政府紧急出台多项优惠措施，如宁波舟山港两次减免5项港口作业费，天津港免除集装箱堆存费，江苏港口集团免除春节期间进口重箱堆存费等。积极来看，疫情也暴露部分交通运输结构中存在的问题，或将倒逼行业结构调整和信息化建设。

According to data fromwww.shipbid.net1,from January to February in 2020, the total ship auctions were 49, which decreased 14 and 22.2 % YOY. Among them, the total bulk carrier auctions were 23, which increased 5 and 27.8 % YOY. The total chemical & tanker auctions were 4, which decreased 7 and 63.6 % YOY.

From January to February in 2020, the total starting price of ship auctions was￥249.58 million, which decreased￥37.72 million and 13.1 % YOY. The total transaction price was￥130.98 million, which decreased￥86.94 million and 39.9% YOY.

DWT2of Ship Auction
From January to February in 2020, the total DWT of ship auctions was 134274 tons, which decreased 56781 tons and 29.7 % YOY. Among them, the total DWT of bulk carriers was 112795 tons, which decreased 35231 tons and 23.8 % YOY. The total DWT of chemicals & tankers was 21479 tons, which decreased 21550 tons and 50.1% YOY.

From January to February in 2020, affected by many factors delayed in the resumption of work and the operating pressure of owners increased during the epidemic period, the total ship auctions decreased and indicators of the ship auctions declined significantly. Data shows that the total and DWT of all kinds of ship auctions in January and February were at a low level. The DWT of auctioned ships was generally 2000-5000 tons, with no transaction of large ship. In terms of other ships, the total of engineering ships and fishing vessels were 7 with transaction price of￥18.41 million. The total was same as last year, but lower transaction price.
