2020年3月中国船舶拍卖市场报告
根据拍船网（www.shipbid.net）统计数据1，2020年3月份，中国船舶拍卖总计13艘次，环比减少10艘次或43.5%，同比减少16艘次或55.2%。其中，拍卖干散货类船舶2艘次，环比减少9艘次或81.8%，同比减少5艘次或71.4%；拍卖液货类船舶2艘次，环比增加1艘次或100%，同比减少2艘次或50%。

拍卖金额方面，3月份中国船舶拍卖总起拍价约4925万元人民币，环比减少5275万元人民币或51.7%，同比减少17904万元人民币或78.4%。总成交价约6680万元人民币，环比增加3277万元人民币或96.3%，同比减少2443万元人民币或26.8%。

船舶吨位方面2，3月份中国船舶拍卖干散货类船舶和液货类船舶总计约23823载重吨，环比减少约59896载重吨或71.5%，同比减少约454518载重吨或95%。其中，干散货类船舶约18415载重吨，环比减少约60496载重吨或76.7%，同比减少约177169载重吨或90.6%；液货类船舶约5408载重吨，环比增加约600载重吨或12.5%，同比减少约277349载重吨或98.1%。

2020年3月，船舶拍卖行情仍处于低谷，市场观望情绪较浓，船舶拍卖总艘次环比、同比均出现较大幅度的下滑。数据显示，干散货类船舶拍卖数量减少明显，而液货类船舶却有小幅增长，总体量价均呈下滑趋势。其他船型方面，集装箱及多用途船、工程类船舶当月分别成交3艘，总成交价分别为1350万元和1129.9万元，较上月有所增长。

2020,
the total ship auctions were 13，which decreased 10 and 43.5%
MOM and decreased 16 and 55.2% YOY. Among them, the bulk carrier auctions were
2, which decreased 9 and 81.8% MOM and decreased 5 and 71.4% YOY. The chemical
& tanker auctions were 2, which increased 1 and 100% MOM but decreased 2
and 50% YOY.

In March 2020, the total starting price of ship auctions was about ￥49.25m，which
decreased ￥52.75m and 51.7% MOM and decreased ￥179.04m and 78.4% YOY. The total transaction price was about ￥66.80m, which increased ￥32.77m and 96.3% MOM but decreased
￥24.43m and 26.8% YOY.

DWT2 of Ship Auction
In March 2020, the total DWT of bulk
carrier and chemical & tanker auctions was 23823 tons，which decreased 59896 tons and 71.5% MOM and decreased 454518 tons and 95% YOY. Among
them, the total DWT of bulk carriers was 18415
tons, which decreased 60496 tons and 76.7% MOM and decreased 177169 tons and 90.6% YOY. The total DWT of chemicals & tankers was 5408 tons, which increased 600 tons and 12.5%
MOM but decreased 277349 tons
and 98.1% YOY.

In
March 2020, the ship auction market was still negative, and the wait-and-see mood
was strong. The total of ship auctions has dropped significantly MOM and YOY.
Data show that the number of bulk carrier auctions has decreased significantly,
while that of the chemical & tanker auctions has increased slightly, but
the total and transaction price have shown a downtrend. In terms of other
ships, there were 3 container & multi-purpose vessels and 3 engineering ships
traded, with the transaction price of ￥13.50m and ￥11.299m
which were increased from last month.
